Welcome to the Table
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of offerrushpoint.info and every paid, in-person gaming session at our Dunedin venue. By making a reservation you agree to the rules below.
All activities are entertainment-only, face-to-face events.
Bookings are paid, confirmed reservations only.
Guests must be 18 years or older to attend.
The venue reserves the right to refuse service.
Booking & Payment Rules
How to secure your seat and what happens after you pay.
Confirmed Bookings
A reservation is only confirmed after full payment is received and a confirmation email is sent.
Accepted Payments
We accept bank transfer and major credit cards arranged during the booking process.
Non-Transferable
Bookings are for the named guest or group and may not be resold without our consent.
Transparent Pricing
Prices shown on our packages page are in New Zealand dollars and include GST where applicable. Optional add-ons such as catering or branded materials are quoted separately.
If a payment fails, your reservation is placed on hold for 24 hours. After that, the slot is released for other guests.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand plans change. Here is how refunds are handled.
48+ Hours Notice
Full refund or reschedule available when you cancel at least 48 hours before the session.
24-48 Hours Notice
50% refund or a credit towards a future booking.
Less Than 24 Hours
No refund, but you may transfer the reservation to another guest.
Event Postponements
If OfferRushPoint cancels a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose a full refund or a rescheduled date.

Request Changes
Safety & Responsibility
We want every guest to relax and enjoy the night. These clauses protect both you and our team.
Personal belongings
Keep valuables with you. We are not liable for lost items.
Medical conditions
Guests are responsible for any health conditions affecting participation.
Alcohol service
Served responsibly. Intoxicated guests will not receive further drinks.
Force majeure
We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.
Who Can Attend
OfferRushPoint experiences are designed for adults. All guests must meet the age and eligibility requirements below.
- Minimum age is 18 years at the time of the event.
- Valid government-issued photo ID is required.
- Guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be refused.
- Corporate bookings must supply a complete guest list.
Local Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute will be resolved in the appropriate New Zealand court or tribunal.
